History
Building company EM – Emil Mitev is established in 1991.
The company is member of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber since 2008. It has certification for of 1st category constructions (based on Bulgarian Legislation) and for execution of projects classified as “monuments of culture”. It has also certificates based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and BS OHSAS. It has needed insurances for Professional Liability and Health and Safety for its employees.
Mission and responsibility
In its activity, the company pays particular attention to the quality performance, the observance of the terms of the contracts, the safe working conditions of the workers. Since 2008 the members have trained and licensed officers under the Safe Labor Conditions and the Quality Control System and the Environmental Protection System. The company is a regular taxpayer and a fair partner. It is not subject to litigation and litigation. There were no accidents at work. Employees are covered by insurances, working clothes, shoes, personal protective equipment, helmets, belts and more. Preventive medical examinations are held annually.
Main activity
Major part of the company’s human resources work together from 25 years. Their experience includes projects executed in Bulgaria, Russia, Libya, Germany and other countries. The basic expertise of the company covers the following area:
- restoration of buildings – monuments of culture (churches, museums, monasteries);
- renovations and overhauls of embassy buildings, luxury shops, theaters;
- refurbishment of administrative buildings;
- construction of new, repair and maintenance of bank branches, based on the corporate standards

- Workers – 26 persons.
Technical equipment and inventory
The company has its own transport, scaffolding (stationary and mobile), professional hand and mechanized tools, hammer drilling machines and tools of Hilti, Bosch, Kango and others. We use our own angle grinders, circular saws, lime chisels, dehumidifiers, calorifers, gas heaters "Rockets" and hand tools for restoration and repair work. The necessary heavy mechanization is hired by specialized companies. It has its own light transport.
